Why VINTAGE?

We hand pick our botanicals each year, and Shetland being a very northerly maritime climate, the conditions vary quite dramatically from year to year.

This means that each year's harvest does create a subtly different gin, that always belongs to the 'Blackwood family' but gives us and our gin fans around the world something new to try each year.
